I was riding cross country from Greenville, SC. to
San Francisco, CA when in South Dakota I noticed
the tires on my Road King were looking thin on
tread. When I took a rest stop in Wyoming and
checked them out they were racing slicks. I pulled
into Maverick Motorsports in Laramie, WY at 4:30
on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day
knowing I would be delayed at least three days.
The folks at Maverick treated me like a neighbor,
not an out of state biker with a problem. The
people in sales and parts went out of their way to
be sure I was comfortable and felt at home. John
Grannan, the service manager, and his crew put my
bike at the top of their list and went right to
work. At 6:30 PM on that Friday I was back on the
road with new tires and they even washed my bike.
Maverick Motorsports dedication to Customer
Service and Customer Satisfaction should be
commended. They are a fine example of the brothers
of road concept and a tribute to how a Harley
Davidson shop should treat the customer. I am
grateful for their kind and prompt service.

Just wanted to let you know what a pleasant
experience we had with you & all the folks at
Maverick in buying the trike (no worries about
giving all 10s on the survey when we get it). Lou
said there was no comparison between his ride in
today & his ride home & has promised to
take me for a ride tomorrow. We really like the
picture you took. Do you still have it on the
camera? If so, could you e-mail it to us. We'd
like to send it to the relatives back East. Thanks
again for your help. It was a pleasure doing
business with you.
